Service Innovation Group completed a full merchandising overhaul in Claire’s Concessions in Europe. From initial set up of shop concessions, to twice weekly visits to merchandise fixtures and drive sales in high turnover retailers.

The SIG team implement planogram changes, sales and product recalls and acts as the main point of contact between Claire’s in the UK, and the store management team.
