Providing scheduled one-off, monthly, and weekly coverage whilst utilising retailer sales data to focus on sales opportunities, helped to drive our teams to the right stores at the right time.

• 98.3% Coverage with a total of 44,941 visits.
• Visits carried out across 9 x retailers
• Average increase of 51% in POG compliance improvement entry to exit.
• An increase to 97.6% exit POG compliance.
• High focus on removal of delisted stock & POS in all stores to ensure only new stock was available.
• OOS reports captured and reported so that stock can be sent into stores accordingly.
• Day 1 Promo compliance status reports on all activities.
