The SIG syndicated merchandising team were briefed to support a new Health & Beauty product launch into a key trial and penetration driving retailer with 99p trial price.
Objectives were to ensure the Re-lay was completed on time, POG compliance, Promotional SELs sited and Day 2 availability
Visits were actioned the day after Range re-lay.
100% of relays were completed on exit vs 94% on entry.. 98% were POG compliant on exit vs 87% on entry with stock issues driving non-compliance in exception stores.
Our Interventions of additional relays and merchandising of 432 units delivered Incremental of revenue = £1283 by Day
