Service Innovation Group UK is recruiting for a dedicated Sales Director to effectively control and own the client relationship, growth and success of a brand-new sales team.
The Sales Director will have responsibility for a team of 10 x B2B Territory Development Executives in Central London and a Field Sales Manager.
The team will be calling on high street retailers on an exciting new sales campaign. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to grow and develop a team in Central London to attract and secure new clients.
Focus will be on to maintaining and growing working relationships with the client. To develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and profit. To provide client management, meeting the client at regular intervals and holding weekly planning calls, monthly review meetings and QBRs which demonstrate the understanding of client needs. Critically review the services provided. Remain up to date on clients’ business, objectives and markets and provide insights to drive informed future planning
Calling on a wide variety of high street retailers, the team will engage with business owners and decision makers to convert them to clients, allowing them to offer our client as a payment service solution to their customers.
We’re looking for a positive, confident, sales focussed, hardworking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will need strong sales management experience, strong communication skills and experience in adding value to the team.
Starting Late September
